Your order will be shipped out via USPS priority mail within 48 hours. This this exclude weekends and holidays. USPS will deliver your order between 2-3 business days. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time we do not offer refunds. We do however, offer store credit or exchanges.   

We will happily exchange your gown if returned unworn and unwashed within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Due to demand and the exclusive nature of our fabric, we cannot guarantee the restocking of certain patterns. Please email us at hello@jamesfox.co prior to returning.
